YOUR ORGANIZATION'S ACCESS CODE: SP2435 Code is valid until 11:59PM the night before your picture day. Multi-day events will have an extended period to use their code.

This is your best option. By using the Access Code provided and entering it on https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ parents can browse our products and then pay for them ahead of time. They will receive a Picture Day Ticket via email attachment with all their information and child’s unique barcode that they must print and bring with their child to photo day. After checking in with our table person, their child (with ticket in hand) can go right to the photographer and hand them their ticket for their individual image.

What To Bring And Expect

What To Bring: Please bring your filled-out PRINTED online order form with you along with your child's baseball bat (for photos). This will allow for a much quicker picture experience and makes the picture schedule move much faster! Please make sure all spelling and information is correct prior to placing an order. The information will be printed EXACTLY as you have entered it.

What To Expect: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled picture time to allow time to check in with the photographers on site. EVERYONE must check in even those who placed online orders. Please have your child close by. The more orderly the picture taking, the quicker the schedule will go for everyone.

Multiple Children?: Please DO NOT put multiple children on a single order form. Each child must have their own separate ticket!

On-Site Payment - EXACT Cash, Check, or Credit accepted. Credit card information is taken on site and processed off-site. Our staff will NOT have CASH CHANGE on site so please come with exact change if paying with cash. Please make sure that the information you wrote on the form is correct.

Orders - NO changes can be made to packages on the field. If you have any questions or issues regarding the package you ordered, please email: [email protected]. They will NOT be able to make changes on the field.

Ordering After Picture Day - League Pre-Order Access codes expire on the day of Picture Day. Players' individual access codes will be mailed out 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. These codes can be entered into https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ (just like the access code) and parents can order more products. Please note that orders after picture day will be at regular full pricing.
